Your mission

You work as the central communication hub for all SysEleven customers. As a IT Service Desk representative at SysEleven, you play a pivotal role in the company, providing support not only to your team but also to all departments within the organization. Your efforts contribute to ensuring that our end customers have a top-notch service experience. This is achieved through the efficient handling of inquiries, coordination of tickets, and proactive resolution of technical issues, all aimed at bolstering SysEleven's positive image and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Multichannel processing with responsibility for consistent resolution of customer inquiries through telephone, email/ticketing systems, and potentially other channels
  • Organization of the further processing of inquiries and disruptions by escalating them to specialized teams if independent processing is not feasible
  • Collaboration in the introduction and enhancement of standards for handling customer inquiries
  • Processing and qualification of fault reports as well as general customer tickets

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk 
  • Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German 
  • Extensive experience with common Linux distributions and applications (Debian)
  • Analytical thinking and solution orientation 
  • Experience with qualification of error messages and use of ticket systems (Jira, Zendesk etc.) 
  • Ideally initial knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenStack
